Lincoln, come out and PLAY this September in Antelope Park with FREE community yoga classes. Whether you've never laid foot on a yoga mat or are a seasoned practitioner, we invite you to join us to have some fun, build some community and enjoy the countless benefits of yoga taught to you by some of the region's most well-known yoga instructors.
When: Every Sunday in September Where: Antelope Park, John Shildneck Band Shell, 3140 Sumner St What to wear: Any clothing that's comfortable to stretch in What to bring: A yoga mat OR a towel and water What time: 10-11am What if it rains: All classes are weather-permitting, all class announcements will be posted on the Facebook page.
